DELIVERY
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days depending on availability and credit verification.
Please be aware that requests for changing orders will not be met. You will either have to cancel your order and place the correct one or return for exchange.
Benjartworld.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Whilst we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible there may be longer waiting times during busy periods. If you are not present when delivery is made royal mail should leave a card with your tracking number enabling you to collect your order from your local depot.
Delivery options for UK residents:
- Standard Delivery: Free shipping* (orders £40 and above are shipped for free. Items below this threshold will be subject to a £3.50 postage charge) - Orders are shipped tracked 48hr and will arrive within two days once dispatched.
- Next Day Delivery: 24hr shipping - Order by 2pm GMT to receive your purchase next business day* (*24hr is not a guaranteed service and may take 48hrs to arrive. Orders sent out on Friday may not arrive until Monday)
- Special Delivery: Guaranteed next day by 1pm - Order by 2pm GMT to receive your purchase next business day* (*Orders placed on Friday will be sent with Saturday Guaranteed delivery. Does not include Sundays)
Please note, orders made after 2pm GMT will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday's as well as during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Benjart ships worldwide, please select your destination at checkout. A flat rate of £10 shipping will be applied. International orders will typically be delivered within 10 of being dispatched. Any duties and taxes to be paid upon receiving goods will be the recipients responsibility.
